The Schedule trigger fires at a time you define, either once or on a repeating interval. Use it for recurring automations that are not tied to a call or contact event: daily follow-up sequences, weekly check-ins, or monthly re-engagement campaigns.Documentation Index

Configuration
Set the date, time, and recurrence for the trigger.- One-time: Set a future date and time. The workflow fires once and stops.
- Recurring: Set the interval (minutes, hours, days, weekly, or monthly) and an optional end date. The workflow fires on every interval until the end date or until you deactivate it.
Available variables
Schedule triggers do not fire on behalf of a specific contact. Use custom variables or connect downstream actions that fetch contact data from your CRM. See Variables for how to define custom variables.Use case
Every Monday at 9 AM, the workflow fires, sends a Slack message to your sales team with a summary of last week’s call outcomes, and posts the data to a webhook for your reporting dashboard.Next steps
