Wave Runner connects to the tools your team already uses. Once an integration is connected, use it as a workflow trigger, a data source in your agents, or an action node that fires automatically after a call ends. Navigate to Settings → Integrations to manage all connections. Each card shows its current status and a Connect or Configure button.
Only workspace members with the Manager role or higher can add or remove integrations.

HubSpot

Use HubSpot contact, deal, and company events as workflow triggers. Write call outcomes, summaries, and transcripts back to contact records.

GoHighLevel

Trigger workflows when contacts are created in GHL. Sync contact data and capture Facebook Lead Ads through your GHL pipeline.

Google Calendar

Let your agent book appointments directly into Google Calendar during live calls, then use booking data in post-call workflows.

Cal.com

Connect a Cal.com account with an API key so your agent can schedule meetings without any human handoff.

Twilio

Provide your Twilio credentials to assign phone numbers to agents and send outbound SMS from workflow nodes.

WhatsApp Business

Connect your WhatsApp Business number to receive and send messages from the Conversations panel and workflow nodes.

Slack

Authorize your Slack workspace to send call summaries and workflow alerts to any channel or direct message.

Facebook Lead Ads

Connect your Facebook account so new Lead Ad submissions trigger your outreach workflows automatically.

SMTP email

Supply SMTP credentials to send emails from workflow nodes.

Twilio

Enter your Account SID, Auth Token, and SIP Trunk SID under Settings → Integrations. Once saved, assign Twilio numbers to your agents and send SMS from workflow Send SMS nodes.
If you are on a managed Wave Runner plan, your platform administrator may have pre-configured Twilio for your workspace. Check with your admin before adding credentials.

WhatsApp Business

Enter your WhatsApp Business phone number and API key under Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp. Connected WhatsApp threads appear in the Conversations panel alongside SMS threads.

SMTP email

Go to Settings → Integrations → SMTP and enter your mail server host, port, username, and password. Once configured, the Send Email node is available in any workflow.

Slack

Click Connect on the Slack card and authorize the Wave Runner app in your Slack workspace. Workflow nodes can then send messages to any channel or user your Slack bot can reach.

Facebook Lead Ads

Click Connect on the Facebook Leads card. A two-step OAuth flow authenticates your Facebook account and grants page-level permissions so Wave Runner receives lead form submissions as webhook events.
The Facebook Lead Ads integration requires admin access to at least one Facebook Page with an active Lead Ad form.
