The GoHighLevel trigger fires when a new contact is created in your connected GoHighLevel account. Use it to call new leads the moment they enter your GHL pipeline. ## Requirements GoHighLevel must be connected under **Settings → Integrations** before this trigger is available. ## Configuration No additional configuration required. The trigger watches for any new contact created in your connected GoHighLevel account. **Available event:** Contact Created. ## Available variables Contact details passed through from GoHighLevel are available as variables in downstream action nodes, including name, phone number, and email. See [Variables](/workflows/variables) for the full variable reference. ## Use case A contact fills out a GoHighLevel landing page form. The trigger fires immediately, a Wait node pauses for two minutes, then a Call Lead action dials the contact while the lead is still warm. ## Next steps Choose what Wave Runner does after the trigger fires.
