# Conversations

> Conversations is your unified view of every call and SMS exchange, organized by contact.

Conversations shows every call and SMS with a contact in one place.

Wave Runner organizes all activity by phone number automatically. Every call and message appears here as soon as it happens.

## The layout

The left panel lists every contact with activity, sorted by most recent. Click a contact to open their history in the center panel. Their details appear in the right panel.

From here you can read transcripts, play recordings, send SMS, edit contact names, and see how every conversation ended.

## Contact names

Wave Runner pulls contact names from call data automatically. If the AI captured a name during the call, it appears here. To override it, click the name field in the right panel and type directly.
