# Call records

> Every call includes a transcript, summary, outcome, and the data your assistant captured.

Every call appears as a record inside the contact's conversation thread.

## Transcript

Wave Runner transcribes every call automatically, labeled by speaker. Click to read inline or open it in full.

## Summary

Wave Runner generates a short summary after every call: what was discussed, key moments, and how it ended.

## Outcome

The result of the call: Booked Appointment, Qualified, Not Qualified, Spam, Escalated, or Call Dropped. Your assistant sets this based on what happened during the conversation.

## Captured data

The information your assistant pulled from the call — name, company, email, appointment status, and any custom fields — appears here. This is the same data that flows into your workflows and CRM.

## Recording

Click **Load recording** to play back the call audio. Recordings load on demand.
